Hello-Research (reference tool)

Hello-Research is a reference research tool that demonstrates the Cercare module platform end to end. It ships as a Docker image, activates against the license server on first run, and consumes one unit of quota per study it processes. On each study it performs a placeholder 'analysis' (a deterministic summary of the input), exercising the full acquire -> process -> commit metering flow described in the licensing specification. Use it as the template for wrapping real Cercare research algorithms. RESEARCH USE ONLY - not for clinical or diagnostic use.
